After looking for traffic calming ideas, organising meetings with residents, drawing conclusions, designing and confirming all with proper authorities, there finally came a time when what was once only on paper is getting real.

Through ideas, brainstorming, organising workshops with residents during which we listed all danger zones in the estate and laborious designing we finally managed to reach the last stage on the way - implementation. On December 7, 3 months after a press conference with the President of Łódź, implementation of the ideas began - traffic engineering equipment is being installed and a new traffic organisation is being drafted.

In the meantime, a few technical meetings were held on the premises of the Road and Transportation Authorities, a Community Council representative was present at one of them and presented a few suggestions. The majority of them was previously noticed and added. Some were impossible to add, as they were made in accordance with the Building Law which does not apply to building public roads. New traffic organisation, as long as the weather allows it to, will be finished on December 15.
