In June 2015 Wiktor asked the Road and Transportation Authorities to move or properly mark all posts in Krzemieniecka. Nearly half a year later the matter was dealt with. By Wiktor. 

Communication flow regarding the matter can be viewed here (click). The Road and Transportation Authorities provided such absurd arguments, that Wiktor decided to pay for the tape himself and mark the posts on his own in order to prevent accidents in autumn and winter. 

Buying the fluorescent tape and marking the posts requires a lot less time than providing arguments to prove why marking the posts is useless.
